5 Top Tips To Maximize Your Compliance Training Experience

Have you heard? Sales is updating their playbook so elearning offerings are now their own unique tracking element! Cool right? You betcha! But did you ever stop and think that we might be able to help them with that? It is easy for us to forget that our role is to not just support our customers but our fellow staff as well.

Recently both myself and Kara had an ideation session to generate a proposal that can serve as the foundation to an online version of the onboarding process for HR. As the number of virtual workers increases, new methods need to be considered that will facilitate a quick onboard process for them. This is also a crucial time where we can extend CPI’s culture through online methods.

Two of the points in this article are really some key points that we can capitalize on which are:

  • Use burst learning

  • Use real employees and real messages.

Continued micro-learnings where we can deliver small modules are ideal for company related updates to policies, reminders and special notifications. Also taking advantage of multimedia assets such as videos of managers introducing their departments and how they fit into CPI’s processes and business functions. This will add a personal touch to strengthen the bonds that those staff members will have with the company. Just some food for thought!
