Below you will find a sampling of work I have completed or currently in their design & development phases at the Crisis Prevention Institute and other organizations.
 For the past 10 months, I have been the lead elearning developer assigned with creating the next generation of blended learning. This training focuses on crisis de-escalation and what to do if a person begins to act out against you. |  The NCI Flex QuickStart is designed for mobile viewing. This self-contained elearning module is meant to help instructors effectively create and facilitate their blended trainings. |  This concept prototype for a unit in the NCI Flex Refresher training allows the learner to explore the various combinations of paraverbals. Each possible combination of paraverbals will play an audio clip where the learner can listen to and observe a visual example of the paraverbal for increase engagement and retention. |

 These cards are used by participants in the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training program during their physical intervention sections. I designed these cards in Adobe InDesign CC and were branded by the Marketing Department. |  This is the script I developed for the Paraverbals section of the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Flex training. |  This video was recorded off my script covering the concept of paraverbals used in the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training. Paraverbals represent the elements of tone, volume and cadence which can impact how something is perceived by another. |

 I have been training Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training for the last three years in both classroom and blended learning settings. My background in instructional design and training facilitation allows for me to delivery high quality training where learners are able to demonstrate what they are learning. |  I am a certified CPR instructor for the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. Both organizations offer blended learning offerings |  I have begun conducting a needs analysis with Human Resources to identify potential opportunities for elearning options to facilitate their OnBoarding process. |

 I record and edit Lunch and Learn sessions available to staff at the Crisis Prevention Institute. Topics can range from personal health to career advancement. Completed videos are then uploaded to the corporate intranet for staff viewing. |
