When I think back to some of my first books on the subject of elearning, two individuals come to mind: William Horton and Michael Allen. Both provided with a sound and sensible approach to elearning design and development. Over the years I have been an avid follower of Michael Allen's insight when it comes to elearning in the corporate world. The internet is a huge place filled with an overwhelming amount of information and Michael Allen along with the rest of Allen Interactions have done a wonderful job at compiling the best of what they can contribute to the elearning community and putting it on their facebook page.
